The role of peptides is to program cell functions by delivering specific messages. Once their task is completed, they are broken down into amino acids, which are the fundamental building blocks of the cellular system. Let us consider an example: applying collagen in the form of creams and serums does not have much impact as its size prevents it from penetrating the skin. However, if we use peptides with a smaller structure that can easily penetrate deeper layers of the dermis, they can trigger a “false” alarm, indicating that the skin has recently lost a collagen portion, which in turn triggers a more abundant collagen production.

Mesotherapy with peptides

Mesotherapy is a successful method of rejuvenating the skin on the face, neck, décolleté and hands by introducing active substances into the skin using tiny needles. Its advantage over creams and serums is that the peptides penetrate deeper into the skin and are therefore more effective. Who is mesotherapy suitable for

Mesotherapy with peptides is recommended for anyone aged between 30 and 50 with normal, dry or combination skin. In most cases, it is not suitable for people with oily or thick skin and not recommended for people taking blood-thinning medications.

The side effects of the procedure are minimal and limited to the injection site, where minor swelling, redness and occasional bruising may occur.

Effects
